Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of SkillSkope, operated by SkillSkope Labs Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429053953254). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly and consistently with these terms.

Who may use SkillSkope

Version 1 requires every account holder and athlete profile to be aged 13 or older. Clubs and coaches are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to record athletes and share analysis material, including parent or guardian permission where applicable.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate account information. Club membership and role access may require approval by an authorised club manager.

Footage and feedback

You retain responsibility for footage and other material you import or share. You must have the right and permission to use that content. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or privacy-infringing material.

Service availability

SkillSkope is provided as a coaching-analysis tool. We may maintain, improve or temporarily interrupt the service. Analysis and annotations are informational coaching aids and are not medical advice.

Ending your account

You may request deletion within the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, clubs or the service.
